    Keller Foundations LLC is the nation’s leading specialty geotechnical contractor. We are currently seeking a Multimedia Coordinator to join the marketing team in our corporate office located in Hanover, MD. 



    • Create video-based content using desktop applications like Adobe Premiere, Media Encoder, After Effects, Photoshop, and other applications including Microsoft Office.
    • Operate video equipment in the field including cameras and lenses, teleprompters, audio field recorders and other sound equipment, and location lighting.
    • Basic to intermediate 2D/ 3D animation creation in various sizes.
    • Ability to work with subject matter experts to conceptualize projects and develop a production schedule. Assist with story boards, script writing or editing, field production, editing of the final product, and perform any quality control work necessary.
    • Build and maintain a production calendar; manage multiple projects from concept through completion.
    • Develop a video/photo strategy aligned with business objectives and priorities.
    • Lead the management of all logistics for all photo and video shoots, including leading internal and external teams
    • Manage assets and budgets.
    • Maintain brand strength and consistency.
    • Stay up to date with latest design trends and design software on the market.


    Qualified candidates must have a High School Diploma/GED. A Bachelor’s degree in communications, graphic design, video, filmmaking, animation, or related field preferred. Must have a minimum of 5 years' related design or video production experience. Additional education may substitute for required experience. Experience with construction, A&E, science, or technology themes desired. Must have the ability to lift and maneuver photo and video equipment to and from shoots. A good candidate will have experience with using narrative and storytelling in video production, strong experience in shot composition, framing, lighting, and working with talent, and the ability to shoot and edit video using the latest equipment and software. Must also have strong written, oral and interpersonal skills, exceptional organization and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects with competing deadlines, and excellent all-around video production skills, including script writing, camera operation, field production, video editing, post production, and formatting content for web and social media distribution.
