    Keller Foundations LLC is the nation’s leading specialty geotechnical contractor. We are currently seeking a recent graduate to join our team in our corporate office located in Hanover, MD. 

     

    As a member of the Human Resources Team you will be responsible for the integrity of employee data as it relates to a North American ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics).  This is a hands-on opportunity to learn human resources within an organization that is a leader in their field and well respected throughout their industry

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Create and maintain employee information into the fully integrated ERP system including new hires, terms, transfers, promotions, etc.
    • Electronic filing of all employee information
    • Provide strong, timely customer service and assist in resolving employee or management inquiries
    • Verifies I-9 information through the USCIS E-Verify system
    • Organizing and maintaining all confidential material
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

     

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline required
    • 1-2 years’ experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Excellent computer skills (MS Office experience required, experience with an HRIS desired)
    • Exceptional attention to detail and well organized a must
