The SharePoint Administrator oversees Keller North America’s Office 365 SharePoint Online environment and participates with a global IT team in governing the Keller intranet for North America, Asia Pacific, and Europe. From concept exploration through deployment, candidates shall gather, analyze and document information/data required to implement SharePoint Online solutions that serve the entire organization’s enterprise needs for collaboration and content management. The qualified candidate will gain job knowledge by working both independently and as a part of a technical team to deliver high value business solutions.
Independently and as part of a technical team, this position will extend SharePoint Online capabilities by use of Microsoft and third-party development tools to create Office 365 solutions that meet Keller business needs and standards. Administration of Keller’s intranet to maintain quality, consistency, and purpose driven use of SharePoint Online. The SharePoint Administrator will participate with SharePoint Developers and Business Analysts in the collection of user requirements and solution design. Ensure site administration, solution testing and user support functions for SharePoint sites and custom tools. You will develop and maintain SharePoint workflows using Nintex as well as SharePoint designer and assist the development of internal controls and processes that improve operations.
